Our handy microprocessor-based
EcoScan Temperature meters are easy to use and have many advanced
features such as : maximum and minimum display,
offset temperature calibration adjustment, non-volatile memory, hold
function and auto-power off. They also have a
splash proof keypad protecting the meter from occasional
spills.

and in addition meter even updates the maximum and minimum
temperatures when readings are frozen
