Main Features
- De-mountable, stainless steel tip protects pH electrode
inserted in frozen meat
- Temperature Range: 0 to 80ºC
- pH Range: 0 to 14pH
The KNIFE PROBE has been developed for use in the
food industry where it is required to insert the electrode into
frozen or semi-frozen foodstuffs.
The stainless steel KNIFE protects the pH
electrode from damage, but does not in any way prevent the glass
sensor from effectively measuring the pH value of the sample.
The KNIFE PROBE can be used with any pH meter on
the market.
